If I have a 2x4 c&C, with a 2x1 kitchen and a 2x1 loft area(with a 7inx15in walkway)-how many square feet would that be?

If the kitchen and loft are above, they don't count towards square footage. So the sq. footage of your cage would be 10.5 for the 2x4.
