There are tons of little gnats flying around when I clean my piggies cage. Anyone know how to get rid of them?

I had some and found they were coming from a nearby houseplant, which went outside real quick !!

If you can, find the source (might be a trash can, plant or piece of old food) and get rid of it. Clean your coroplast with 50/50 vinegar and water, and then hang a fly strip above the cage (where the pigs can't reach it, of course). This should catch any flying around, and hopefully you will have got rid of the rest/eggs by getting rid of the source and washing down with vinegar solution.
