So I recently adopted a baby piggy and I think she is only about 1-2 months old. She recently just recovered from a URI. She seems to sleep a lot most of the day. She is still active when shes awake, eats and runs laps regularly. I just very paranoid about her health after everything I went through with her URI. I was wondering if you guys feel that this is normal? She sleeps about 5-8 hours more than my adult pig in a day.

Is she still on medication for the URI? If so, she is still recovering and probably doesn't have her energy up yet. Are you positive that she is cured from the URI?

All the baby pigs I had so far, as I always add a baby to an existing herd, because Kooky won't tolerate any other, were active most of the day. So, I'm inclined to think there is a medical issue with your piggie.
