I just made a 2nd level for my pig's C&C cage. Problem is, the thick bathmat I have on the ramp, slips down when they go up/down it. How should I secure the mat to the ramp? Everything thing else is great besides the stupid bathmat.

The ramp is 2 grids bent and cable tied together.

You can use a sharp blade to cut small holes through the mat and then use smaller cable ties to secure the mat to the grids. That's what I've done, and it works great!
Good luck!

Try using binder clips. You can get them at a Staples. Someone else (and I forget who) was talking about how they used them and that they worked great. Good luck.

You could use cable ties or have coroplast on the ramp instead, that is what I did.

I use binder clips. This way you can just take them off to wash the carpet if it gets dirty.

I made mine out of wood, the staplegunned a thin rug-type material to it, the cut a piece of coroplast to fit on the bootom and sides so they don't jump off the ramp.

That will work fine.
