Guinea pig agility

I've had my guinea pigs for just a few weeks now and they are obviously getting more comfortable with their surroundings. Today when I had them out in their playpen for play time they were very active. In their playpen I have a chube and another long, narrow rectangle box open at both ends to run through. They were not only doing laps but they were doing figure 8's and running through the chube and the box while doing the figure 8's. It reminded me of dogs doing an agility course. Every once in a while they'd stop nose to nose, sniff each other, popcorn and take off again. They were very cute and it was so fun to watch them.
