I feed Harlan Teklad lab blocks and switch those off with high quality, low protein dog food.
I also give my own variation of Suebee's mix to go along with it plus supplement with fresh foods.

When I had rats I fed them Harlan Teklad (it's called something else now), Oxbow Regal Rat and my own variation of Sue Bee's mix.
