Parasites Bathing with lice?

Today I found lice on one of my girls for the first time. Everyone is going to the vet on Monday so that I can get Revolution. It has to be prescribed so the vet has to just lay eyes on them.

My question though is is it okay to bathe them while they have lice? They all need to be cleaned and Annabelle, the one I've seen the lice on, needs one the most. She has very long hair so it gets dirty easier. Will this irritate her more? None of them seem tobe overly itchy or have any scabs or hair loss.

Also can skinny pigs get lice? I haven't seen any on the new guy but I'm not sure where else they would have come from except by someone breaking quarentine without me knowing and the girls getting it from him.
