Hi all,
I just got a 2 x 4 C&C cage (which is great, by the way) and my GP seems to love it... the only concern I have is that he sometimes chews on the cubes, enough to peel-off the plastic coating. He does have chewing toys inside the cage and I do provide lap and floor time: Is he bored? Is this chewing normal?
By the way: I´ll be getting him a buddy soon, but in the mean time... any suggestions?

Thank you!

It might be a boredom thing. I've only seen one of mine chew on the wire and that was when I separated them and he really wanted to get. Give him hay, cardboard boxes & pine cones to chew on. Plus a buddy of course ;) (to play with, not chew on)
