Hi all!! My son(who is 6) and I have had our piggie(long story, he named "her" Miss Piggie and we just realized she is a he) so, his name is Piggie, lol, for about a week now!! He is the most lovable thing ever! I was so shocked to find out they are as social as they are!! I thought they just ate and got fat like hamsters!! heehee! anyhow, I am always open to new suggestions and all to make our new baby happy!! My name is Melissa, nice to meet yall!!

Hiyah Piggiesmomma

I'm new here too and not yet got my piggies (going to have a look at a shelter on sunday, can barely wait!)

To keep your piggy happy I would first suggest endless amounts of hay, lots of cuddles (at least half an hour a day I read somewhere) some play time and a cage mate of the same gender. They are very sociable animals and enjoy company

Hope that helps a little, I am by no means an expert though.
