Dominance 2 Boars that all of a sudden dont get along :(

OK so I have 2 boars. I don't know exactly how old they are but we have only had them about 2 months. George was always the bigger of the two and was sick when we got him (thanks petsmart... i know i know...). Anyway, George has always been more dominant and Bugsy has always been smaller. Bugsy is growing now and his testicles have gotten HUGE lol and now he is ALWAYS chasing and mounting George. He will not leave him alone. They are biting each other (no blood yet) and just are constantly at it. I am figuring that with Bugsy's newfound manhood he is trying to be the dominant one but how long will this go on? They were purchased as a pair and have never had problems until the past week or so. I feel so bad for George he just runs around making these sad sounds all the time TRYING to get away from his tormentor. What should I do????

BTW they are housed in a 2x4 C&C cage
