I have a 1x4 loft with a ramp to get up it, but its starting to sag.

I dont know how to make it NOT sag, what kind of support should I use?

I use fleece so its hard to connect a cube side to the bottom..

Any suggestions?

You can run a wooden rod through and zip tie it or use l-shaped brackets and zip tie them to the side so they support the upper level.

You could also use a piece of conduit, metal sheathing for wires, which is stiffer than wood for the diameter.
