Veg*n Vegetarian South Beach?

My family recently went on the South Beach diet and I need a little help. I have been a vegetarian for about 6 years now but my parents eat like carnivores. So for them the meat focused South Beach diet is fine, but I am having issues.

Does anyone know recipes/places to get recipes for Vegetarian South Beach dishes?

Hey Jakkismagic congrats for going on South Beach, it is a great diet and really really easy, I have been on it for roughly 4 months now and I love it! I am a member of this forum:

The member are very knowledgeable and helpful, plus questions get answered fairly quickly. They have a recipe section as well as useful links to other South Beach recipe sites.
