Moisturizer won't do any good. Your guinea pig most likely has mites: Guinea Lynx :: Mange Mites

You need to get ivermectin and treat them asap. Mites are very painful. She is scratching because she has parasites biting at her under her skin.

Did you read the links?

The mites guinea pigs typically get are species specific. Your rabbit won't catch them. They don't live together, do they?

You can have your vet administer ivermectin shots or buy/order ivermectin and do it yourself. Here Guinea Lynx :: Ivermectin Products

Yes, ivermectin and 99% of meds for guinea pigs are used off label for them.

Ivermectin is typically used as a horse or cattle dewormer. But it treats for mange, mites and other parasites in many other species, including guinea pigs.

The cost depends on what form you get and where you get it from. I order the injectible form (which you use topically). It's usually $30-40 online but it is $90 at my local feed store.

The paste is cheaper typically but you have to mix it and give it orally.

Ivermectin is used for both guinea pigs and cattle, at the same dose rate. The difference is that a guinea pig is a 2 pound animal and a cow is a 2000 pound animal, so the pig gets 1/1000 as much of the medicine as a cow does.

The paste is usually $5-10. You want a paste that has only ivermectin in it, no other active ingredients.

Wow, I just saw that at (broken link removed) they have some crazy cheap paste!

(broken link removed)

The Horse Health, Zimecterin, Equimectrin, or Agri-Mectin are all the right product. You will need some 1cc syringes ( (broken link removed) ) and a sealed bottle you can mix it up with water in. A tube of horse paste will give you 5 doses for all your pigs. It has a spinning thing that you can set at each notch or number so when you squirt out the paste, you only get 1/5 at a time, which is what the GL instructions are calibrated for.

Yes. You'd need to click on the website and their shipping options. They may have priority or rush delivery as an option.

Do you have a kitchen scale Guinea Lynx :: Weigh Weekly! ? You'd need to weigh your pig to calculate the dosage.
