I want to buy my pig a hammock.

The only thing is, they need to be suspended.

If it is low to the ground, and is attached to a grid, would that be alright?

Thank You

Double posting- Sorry!

This is to all of the Moderators-

I double posted and I am sorry.

If you could delete it, that would be greatly appreciated.

I will be more careful next time I post.

Thanks in advance.

Most guinea pigs don't use hammocks, but if you want you can use a towel, and pegs (I think its pegs?), and put it up to see if they will use it.

2 of mine love their hammock but hte older ones not so interested in it. And I agree, you should test it out first otherwise it will have been wasted mony.

Some pigs will use a hammock others wont. It depends on the pig.

My piggies like their hammock, but they don't sleep in it. They sleep under it like a hidey. I filled it with hay and they will get in it to get the hay and then run right out again!

I is so freaky. Everyone talking about how their pigs will not go in their hammocks, and I can't get mine out of it! Occasionally he will go under it for a nap, but otherwise, he is in it.

I just bought a number of different things for my pigger today, including a hammock. So let's hope I have your lucky, Sammy!

To get him to go in it by himself for the first few days, I put some lettuce(no really wet foods) into the hammock. Then I put some pellets in. When he went in by himself I gave him some fruit. If he went under it I would take him out.
