I am not sure you posted this in the right forum. But anyways roughly (might be a little less. Put the grids together, measure the inside dimensions leaving space for the connectors, add 12in to your dimesions for walls, then you can make it accurate) 6 ftx4.5 ft of coro. With 6 in walls. Um just get a 4ftx8ft sheet.

I used a 4'x6' coro for a 2x4 cage with 6" sides to keep bedding out. I used 2 4'x8' coro for a 4x3 but I cut the second 4'x8' to fit in a 4x3 cage. Also the rest of the second 4'x8' coro that I cut I used for both 2nd level for boys and girls.

You could get a 4x5 sheet of coroplast for 6 inch walls.

I don't know where. 42x42 inches is a 3.5x3.5 feet I think that would be a little small.

Ok, thank you, I will try, and do you know where near Healdsburg, Windsor, or Santa Rosa where I can find a good place to purchase this amount of choroplast?
i'm fairly certain that the artstore Flax in san francisco carries coroplast, if you don't mind the drive. my boyfriend is a big making-stuff guy and he buys all his plastics there; he says he has it. i'm checking there tomorrow. i'll let you know if i find it!

all right, flax does sell it, but the largest they have is 20 x 30 ". apparently there's a place in downtown sf called tap plastics that sells coro or something similar. and a place in san jose that supplies the local fast signs...i forget the name. if you want, i can look it up and give you the number.

4x8 (or 8x4, depending on how you turn it, hehe) is about right for a large cage, especially if you'd be folding up 6 inches on each side to make the bedding-blocker walls.

4'x8' Is perfit for a 2x4 cage or a 2x5 cage. I used a 4x8 for a 2x4 cage with 6.5 sides and it will keep bedding from being spilled over.

oh also buy some big plastic bins with lids on them and put bedding in it. I use bins for my beddings.

is anyone else watching this thanksgiving dog show? why don't they ever have guinea pig shows on national tv? why? WHYYYYY!? it would probably draw a big crowd, and maybe even help shelters and rescues find homes for their piggies; after all, what child could resist those cute little faces?

That would be cool if there was a guinea pig show.
