Has anyone used these new grids from Target? I really like them but they don't have them at my local Target here and I'm trying to figure out if you can use zip ties for them and how water bottles attach to them etc. I want to make a 3-level 2x5 grid cage closed that opens from the front so zip ties are important. Thanks guys!

It's mesh and they are smaller than the regular grids. Some people have had problems with their pigs' toes getting caught in them. I'd stick with the regular grids. They're more sturdy.

I can't hook things to the side of it, so I wouldn't use it for more than a novelty purpose.

Hi- I just wanted to tell everyone that I just went to BB&B and they have a box of 14 white grids on sale for $7.99! :) Only the white ones though- apparently they are last years model!

I just bought two boxes to make my bunnies 3x5x2 cage!

I made a cage for my hamster out of them, and she loves it.

The only problem I had with them is that they come in three different sizes, all in one box... The pieces are too small to make a good sized pig cage, but they work well for hamsters. Although, I would recommend getting two boxes.. just in case you are wanting to make a very large cage.
