Veg*n Beans in Tacos

When I make veggie tacos, I usually use black beans and brown rice. I season the rice with cumin and chili powder, and the black beans with a bit of jalapeno. Some of my family members add salsa to their rice, but I don't like salsa so I don't. What else do you put in your tacos besides kidney beans?

For tacos, we put in tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, olives, and cheese.
We use the packets of spices for seasoning.
