I got a nice cuddle cup/cozy for my 4 month old Dixie. When it's in the corner of her cage she'll pee on it and that's the old place she'll pee. It really annoys me because so many of your guy's guinea pigs love to snuggle in them and she uses hers as a litter box.:yuck: Will she grow out of it or should I take it out of her cage, because I'm really getting sick of washing it. :grumpy: (She is still my Dixie Doo tho lol )

I hate to break this to you, but she probably won't grow out of it. Tracer just loves to sit in her cozy and cuddle cup and she also insists on peeing and pooping in there too. I just dump the poo out when I clean every night and when it gets too bad (once a week or so) I toss the offended item in the wash with their fleece, etc. I'm trying to find another cuddle cup so the girls won't have to do without (I get such LOOKS) while it is being washed.

I just figure it is part of their nature (though I really do widh they would grow out of it) and am glad they rarely do that on me!

Most guinea pigs deo the majority of their pee and poo business where they sleep and eat. IT is unlikely she is going to change. It would be a shame to take her comfy spot away from her though....have you considered getting her a 2nd one so you can alternate them in the wash?
You could also get a few pieces of fleece to fold up in it so she will stay dry...then you just yank the fleece and replace it every few days, and just wash the cozy once a week.
