I would say no. The inside is lined in foil, and the tube would also be too small for a guinea pig. A pringles can would be more suited to a hamster, gerbil, or mouse. If you want to recycle something into a tube, try an oatmeal cannister.
I think a good general rule of thumb for tubes for cavies is at least 4 inches diameter. Otherwise you'd have to cut the tube open, like you do with a toilet paper roll to give to pigs, so they can't get stuck in it.
