How do I change my profile picture?

I'm having trouble trying to put a picture for my profile. I've gone to My Profile, Edit Profile Pic., Browse, clicked on the picture I want, then selected save settings. What am I doing wrong?

It could be that your picture is too big.

You may need to resize it using www.photobucket.com or something like photoshop.
