Aw she looks very sweet. I have a soft spot for skinnies. They look so helpless! I just want to hug them.

A "Skinny Pig" isn't a guinea pig that is skinny. It's a mostly hairless breed/variety of Guinea Pig.

Much more fragile. They tend to have other health issues. Unfortunately, the poor dears came about originally because they were bred to be lab animals with lower immunities and exposed skin so more tests could be done on them.
