CLC, please try the forum search box in the upper right corner. There are several threads on ramps already that should contain the information you're looking for. You might also want to check out pictures in the photo gallery.

Also, if you're not too strapped on cash and you've got a handyman streak, try looking at pages 4 & 5 under "Ramps" in Features/Accessories. Kamenko and Wuany have several pics of their very aesthetic wooden ramps. My ramps have been designed after them. The rails (untreated maple and/or oak) are a little pricey though; about $12 for 4 ft. of railing at Home Depot.

I use two bent grids connected together with cable ties for my ramps.
