All Skinny pigs have some hair but usually not much, the hair is usually found on their heads, nose and toes but sometimes they can have a bit of hair on other parts of their bodies. The only totally hairless guinea pig is known as a Baldwin.

Congrats on your new piggie. Skinny pigs require a bit more care because they are predisposed to more illnesses and things so make sure you do a lot of homework on how to properly care for her.

Is she a skinny pig with some black and white hair, or is she a black and white pig who is a thin baby? Either way, congrats on your new baby! I can't wait for pigtures.

"What is a skinny pig?"
A not fat one in this case. In most other cases they are referring to a hairless piggie.

A skinny pig is an almost hairless pig. If you look at post #2 of this thread, there is a definition. Falken's Oreo is not a skinny pig.

You should always do quarantine for 3 weeks before introducing any new pigs into the herd.

Hi!
I think you mean she is a little under weight?
A skinny carrier would be a bit ''patchy'' in the fur.
The breed of your pig is a very miss-marked Dutch, but a very cute one!
Well done with the new piggy!

I believe this pig is a beloved pet, as all pigs on this forum, and therefore can't possibly be "very miss-marked". Irrelevant.

Gorgeous pigs!

Sorry about the missunderstanding

Also she is already okay with the other pigs.
She has some battle marks though.

She's cute, but you really should have done a quarentine for 2-3 weeks before introducing her.
