I am the proud new owner of a baby I adopted. I?ve found we enjoy spinach together with a little watermelon on the side. Paddy is still a little skittish, but is getting friendlier everyday. I?m thinking of getting him a companion, but I don?t know how to introduce them. I?d need to get another boy because I don?t want a pregnant pig, but I?m worried they?ll fight. What do y?all think? I don?t want him to be lonely.

Welcome!

Here's some recommended reading for new pig owners, including how to introduce a new pig.

But if you're going to have two boars, you're going to need a LARGE cage, and no pet store sells one large enough for two boars. You're also certain to have squabbles when one or the other or both hit puberty.
