Hi. Got 2 boys only had them a day. The one seemed extra sleepy and one eye that doesn't look right. I ended up taking them back. They had ringworm issues recently in another litter (not in same cage as ours). They sent test in but we have to wait over 2 weeks for results. Meantime they are both being treated for URI and tetracycline eye ointment. Does this look like it could be Ringworm? They have given me the option to adopt them out tomorrow. I'd love to but what if test comes back on September 13th for Ringworm?? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170905/364235c2e88574ea9f619a981d414b9a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170905/e6da7849ff34f78439a8876b7155050f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170905/92b918ae258878412c497d66d5d3d5f9.jpg

Doesn't really look like ring worm to me. But what do I know? What does it look like to you?

No, it doesn't look at all like ringworm to me. Ringworm is exactly what it sounds like -- a lesion like a ring.

It's far more likely to be fungus, and you need to see a vet to get an antifungal ointment that's safe to put on the eyes. It's also possible that it could be bacterial, but you'd also need a prescription for that medication.

They are currently being treated with meds that their Vet on site prescribed. If I adopt them out tomorrow and test comes back bad, all is expense is on me here on out. I never thought ring worm. They put that in my head when I took them back.

You'll have to decide what you want to do. I'd never buy a pig from a store anyway, in part because they're so apt to have something wrong with them. And if I did, I wouldn't let the store vet treat them.
