I am asking this for a friend. When her female gp urinates it shoots out of her in small streams, is that normal and if not what would cause it? Also when I was looking at her girl parts (for sex verification) she had a thick milky colored string of discharge coming from her girl parts. Is this normal?

Females can spray pee unbelievably long distances, so I wouldn't worry about that.

Females also have mucus plugs that they lose when they come into heat -- that could be what you're seeing. Normally you don't see them, but occasionally you will. But, as always, keep a close eye on her for any further developments that might indicate something is wrong.
