I find www.geocities.com (http://www.geocities.com/) to be a great website host. Free and easy, and you can add lots of pictures..etc..
I use it for my website - I will give you the link to my website later if you like:cool:
Good luck!

Edit - I *think* you can have a forum on there.. but not certain!

I will give you the link soon, have to find it myself first!:p Don't know it off by heart.
If you want to make a photo gallery you can make a page and call it 'photo gallery' and link it to your homepage so people can view it. I'm bad at explaining things:o Just experiment a bit, I'm sure you'll figure it out in the end!

:cheerful: She is called Bekha. I will try and make my website more fun to look at today after I've finished letting the guinea pigs on the grass. Do the pictures on my site take a while to load? They don't show up straight away for me:yawn:

Hey "Myspoiltpiggies":
Hi, you have a nice simple website for your piggies, GeoCities is a cool site for create a site. By the way the one you have a pic at "Sows" looks very cute.
About your pics, I think you should reduce their size and be sure you uploaded as "jpeg" format, that's usually the best format for upload pictures. Well, that's my "no-proffesional" advice, <lol>.
Take care and keep posting.
Ivan

For my website I used http://www.20fr.com as this offers free hosting and you have 20 free pages. There is also the option of page templates which I did use for my site. If you want to improve your site, ie, get rid of any advertising pop-ups you have the option of paying to remove them.

I use geocities too, but the only problem is if you get a bunch of files and make your site pretty big, you can only click a few links before you lose your ability to visit anymore because you're using too much memory. A good way to prevent that though is to just use it to link to other personal pages. I'm going to use photobucket to display my photos instead of using all that space on my geocities account.
Here's my site, my piggies aren't on it yet tho.

I would have expected you to know by now that we DO NOT allow people to post forums that encourage breeding and showing. Never post a link like that again. If you want to go against just about everything the owner of this site stands for go ahead but don't try to draw others into it.

Huh? My forum or website does not encourage either showing or breeding.. it just doesn't say that it is bad. I just stated that I show, but I don't have a how-to page on it. I thought that was ok. I do not breed. My homepage says I used to. So I don't know where you saw about breeding.

I have friends who breed and show so I don't want to put in my website that it is bad and I've tried not to encourage it either. I was also planning to add a breeding page to explain why you should not breed, but also not ruling out completely as my friends do it. I didn't post the link to purposely encourage people to start breeding or showing, I'm sorry that you thought this. I wouldn't do that, it isn't in my interest to play against the rules.

Huh? My forum or website does not encourage either showing or breeding.. it just doesn't say that it is bad. Encouraging discussions on breeding and or showing is the same thing as encouraging the act itself.

You state on your opening page "I have bred a few times in the past and I show them four times a year"

You may not breed anymore buy showing directly supports the act of breeding. In short your website supports the very problems that animal rescuers are trying to end. It is not in any way shape or form welcome on this website.

Weebly.com That is a good website builder I have used in the past.

Okay, I agree with VooDooJoint. Breeding is bad. Don't even mention breeding on your website.:shhh:
