I have never been told by my vet to refridgate Baytrail. I was watching a youtube video and they said it has to be.. I know you can't always believe was you watch, that why I'm asking here..

Re: Baytrail

To the best of my knowledge there are a couple different kinds of baytril. One is the clear injectible kind and the other is a liquid suspension. I'm not sure which one needs to be stored in the fridge though.

Re: Baytrail

Hmm ours has always been giving orally ..

Re: Baytrail

I believe the injectable Baytril is still given orally.

Re: Baytrail

There are two forms of Baytril that are given orally. One needs refrigeration and the other doesn't. The label on the prescription will tell you if the one you have needs to be refrigerated.

Re: Baytrail

The piggie Baytril I have has a refrigerate label on it (so it's in my fridge).
