For some reason im having trouble posting this question...but is it normal for a older female piggie to groom and follow another females almost 2 week old male baby piggies?

It's totally normal. Adult guinea pigs make good nannies, and are often found taking care of someone else's pups.

I have another question my brothers guinea pig was pregnant....they checked on her this morning they think she had babies or a baby last night there was blood in the cage but no baby???

Then she likely didn't have the baby unless the bars of the cage are wide enough that the baby escaped. And that's unlikely for a newborn -- they generally stick pretty close to the sow.

But if she's still pregnant and bleeding, she needs an emergency vet, like NOW.

Ok my sister in law just told ne there was movement and kicking before last night and now she cant feel anything

Then the babies may be dead inside her. I repeat, she desperately needs an emergency vet right now. Preferably an exotic emergency vet, but failing that, any good vet surgeon.
