Its been 3 days since surgery, she stopped eating, she has not peed and very little poo, we have been giving her critical care since beginning, she ate more when she got home and she stopped yesterday, how many syringes a day?

A pig that is eating nothing else needs 50-60 cc of critical care per day, split into 5-6 servings around the clok -- no going to bed and leaving them for 8-9 hours with no food. You also need to syringe extra water.

If she stopped eating yesterday, you may need to get her to an emergency vet ASAP. A guinea pig that's not eating is a guinea pig that's dying. They MUST have food moving through their digestive tracts at all times, or the resulting intestinal problems will kill them.
