I was reading some forums and I noticed people saying a shower curtian could work. This will be my first time attempting to build a cage so could someone show me what it would look like with a shower curtain or how I would set it up?

I don't use a shower curtain, but there are members who took very stiff cardboard and wrapped a shower curtain over it instead of getting coroplast. @lissie might be able to help. :)

We use a shower curtain stapled onto a piece of plywood as our base. It was much cheaper for us to do a base that way. The only drawback was that unlike with coroplast, we didn't have sides and poo and hay got everywhere. Our solution was just to cut our fleece extra long and clip it up the side with binder clips.

When I used shower curtain I just clothespinned the shower curtain and the fleece to the grids.

You don't even have to use cardboard if you don't want to. You can just use the shower curtain clipped to the grids then cover it with your fleece or loose bedding.

That sounds like a good idea too. Did any of you guys just fold the curtain in half or cut it to make it fit better?
