Your picture is too small to really tell, but there are a couple of possibilities.
One, if the pig is male, it may well be "boar glue," or ejaculated sperm. If so, leave it alone and he'll eventually get it off.
Or two, it could be cheilitis, but it doesn't look much like it to me. Look at the pictures at https://www.guinealynx.info/cheilitis.html and see if that looks like what it is.

I only noticed today, just popped up. She doesn’t seem to be trying to scratch at it. Thank you for the helpDid it just pop up all at once, or start small and grow slowly?
Is it itchy?
It could be a kind of wart. I think I'd want a vet to look at it, but it certainly doesn't look like anything that's an emergency.
