Pet Stores Concerning front page picture on Reddit

Someone posted a Reddit post with a picture of a guinea pig with a checkered tummy and it's currently on the front page. The picture is taken by someone who works at petsmart and he's holding the guinea pig badly and the cage in the background looks horrid.

I responded to it but I think it would be good if more people went through the thread and upvoted any comments that educate others about guinea pig care and the truth about pet stores. Here's the topic:

This was the employees response:

1) I can hold it any way I want to because the way I'm holding it is fine and if never hold it the wrong way.
2) This is not a temporary home for the guinea pig, I work at Petsmart. These are the bins in which we keep them until they're ready to sell.

I don't know who they are, the store, the manager. I'm trying to respond to her in the hopes she will consider to at least look into it. It's a long shot but better to try and fail than not try at all
