Behavior Butt licking?

So Alex has been separated for about a week due to her leg injury. Roxanne was pestering her so I figured she'd be more comfortable by herself. I took both out for some hay together outside the cages and Roxanne started licking her butt area. Never seen them really lick each other before. Not sure if it's a dominance thing cuz Roxanne is the boss or grooming or what?
