Our piggie garden, with room to run, and lots of tasty plants (grass, violas, parsely, dill, beets, radishes, carrots, and so on...). Grids line the fence for safety. Large flower pots provide shade and a place to hide. It's a regular piggie paradise!

Yep, just for the piggies. We've only had them in once so far, for about a quarter hour, and they didn't really do a lot of damage. We kind of have to control the time in there, lest they make themselves sick with overeating. As far as how long it'll last - well, that's part of the experiment! My guess is that if we put them in for a quarter to a half hour two or three times a week, the plants will be able to keep up. Herbs tend to grow even faster when they're cut back, so it has that going for it. And they seemed to like the grass the most, anyway. In any case, the bed is in a sort of out of the way area, so even if they eat it to the ground, it won't be too ugly.

Wow, it looks fun to play in, even for me. Baby loves her herbs, something like that would probably be really fun for her! What are the dimensions?

It's 4 feet by 4 feet, made out of 2x12s. And then it's just cube panels for the sides (disguised by the green picket fence).

OMG! That is sooo cute! I am going out today to make one for my piggies. We have a garden for them, but I guess it never occurred to me to let them graze out in it. DUH! A small fence will be just the trick. Yours is super cute! I love the sign! My little son will love helping "build" it. Thanks!

Do they get fleas? What would you do if they did?
