For a moment I thought one of those toys was a real guinea pig on the very top of the unit! Its a nice idea and put together very well but isn't 3 grids long just a little to small for 2 pigs?

Its 3.5x2 grids long Maisiepaisie. And a 3x2 is the minimum for two pigs. Its actually a great looking cage imo. Good job!

the minimum for 2 pigs is 2x3 for 2 and 2x2 for 1

The absolute minimum for two pigs is a 3x2. A 2x4 is prefered especially if you have two boys.
