These are pics of the grids I make for my litter boxes. Some people use Flourescent Ceiling Light Covers that have grids in them with golf balls underneath to support the grid up in the litterbox. But I make a square out of 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch wire mesh and cut out small squares in the corners (however many high I want to make the box) and fold them over to shape the box then connect the corners with J Clips. They fit snugly into the litterboxes and really help to keep the rabbit clean and keeps their hay from getting so soiled too since their hay usually goes in a corner in their litterbox. And high sided boxes or using a shield helps with hiney hikers too, ..

Mesh wire can hurt the bunny's feet. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's only a litter box so if his/her bunny is like my bunny he/she wil be in there 2 mins maximum.
