They are so very cute! Is the cement on top to keep your piggies from moving the pigloos around?

Yes. They end up moving them all over the cage and blocking things and scattering poo. It's such a mess. Sometimes they turn them upside down and stare at me like "I don't know what happened, but now I don't have anything to hide in". So I decided to weight them down. Occasionally I'll take the bricks off and let them play with their igloos.
