minipig Cavy Slave Registered: May 2006 Location: New Zealand Posts: 2	My partner & I built this run to let our guinea pigs out to play on fine days. Its 3.7metres long x 1.2metres wide x 0.7metres high. (Around 12 foot long x 4 foot wide x 2.3 foot high) The roof comprises 3 lids - 2 ply lids for shade and one mesh lid, all with locks. The cage is made up of 3 parts which are all screwed together but can easily be taken apart if we move house. There are handles on either end to allow us to move it up & down the lawn. Completely meshed on all sides but there's no floor to allow grazing. We stuck a wooden box for them to hide in as well as other toys.

How many pigs do you have in there?

I have a tunnel just like that for my cats, but blue and yellow. haha

I have 4 girls. They don't live in there but they love going in there for a play, fresh grass, etc.

You can see from left to right Chloe (long haired, mostly brown with some orange & white), Lucy (short haired spikey, white & pale orange), and Little One (short haired spikey orange & brown, with a white face). Minipig (short haired spikey, brown agouti) is behind Lucy & the drinkbottle, in front of the tunnel.

The girls love their tunnel! =)
