I wanted to have a perfect fitting coro, measured grid to grid, thinking the connectors will create the right space to get in the coro. WRONG! You don't have straight angles at all. You can correct it though without wasting your coro. Just carve your coro once more, next to the other carve. This time, measure connector to connector (on the inside limit) of the cage. You can carve it only on two sides to correct it, not four, it is faster. You can not see the mistake from far, just if you stay really close, as I did with the picture.

11 comments http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p13270-how-no-to.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p13270-how-no-to.html Tue, 09 Dec 2008 10:00:50 -0800 redcoroplastbase_SMALL

by: TheMadWheeker

Description}: This is the 3x5 coroplast base for the bottom

9 comments http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p3877-redcoroplastbase-small.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p3877-redcoroplastbase-small.html Sat, 10 Sep 2005 08:07:19 -0700 Coroplast

by: TheMadWheeker

Description}: 4x8 Sheet of Yellow Coroplast

4 comments http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p3657-coroplast.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p3657-coroplast.html Tue, 23 Aug 2005 07:40:38 -0700 Cutting the Coroplast

by: oreosmommy

Description}: for the box

5 comments http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p1042-cutting-the-coroplast.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/coroplast/p1042-cutting-the-coroplast.html Fri, 27 Aug 2004 00:22:25 -0700 Rolling Coroplast #01: Final Roll

by: CavySpirit

Description}: This is what it should look like when you are done. Be careful to apply fairly even hand pressure or you will crease the Coroplast. We use a packing tape gun because we do it so often, but you could just use pre-cut pieces of strong tape to secure it. I've used duct tape, packing tape, blue painter's tape. They all work. Teresa tapes while Karen looks on.

1 comment http://173.255.219.225/photos/rolling-coroplast/p579-rolling-coroplast-08-applying-tape.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/rolling-coroplast/p579-rolling-coroplast-08-applying-tape.html Fri, 12 Mar 2004 13:05:47 -0800 Rolling Coroplast #09: Finish taping

by: CavySpirit

Description}: Three strips of clear packing tape works great to secure the roll.

1 comment http://173.255.219.225/photos/rolling-coroplast/p578-rolling-coroplast-09-finish-taping.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/rolling-coroplast/p578-rolling-coroplast-09-finish-taping.html Fri, 12 Mar 2004 13:02:53 -0800 Rolling Coroplast #10: End Result

by: CavySpirit

Description}: Cavy Spirit volunteer, Karen, with end result of a full sheet of rolled Coroplast.

11 comments http://173.255.219.225/photos/rolling-coroplast/p577-rolling-coroplast-10-end-result.html http://173.255.219.225/photos/rolling-coroplast/p577-rolling-coroplast-10-end-result.html Fri, 12 Mar 2004 12:36:06 -0800
