I love the idea of crocheted cozies. I think I would go with the upside down beanie idea but make the base a lot bigger and then line it with fleece. I think I'm going to give that a try.

Those are huge carrots! This year I grew purple carrots and round carrots but I've never seen such short, fat carrots. Are they a special type? And if it makes you feel better, I always have problems growing cilantro too. ;)
