OK, one of my friends from work told me about the rudeness on this site, and I witnessed it first hand on her account. She was being attacked for telling her opinion when people don't agree with it. It is almost like people will be rude to you, and you are rude back to them, and you get banned?? It does not make sense. I am just saying, respect other people opinions. Not everybody will agree with you.

Another thing I have noticed is that sometimes people have good intentions and get yelled at! (Like in this thread-- http://www.guineapigcages.com/forum/...uinea-pig.html ) That person was trying to do a good thing! I am just saying, respect people even if they don't agree with you, this site is to talk about guinea pigs, share pictures and have fun, not to argue!

OMG. Crazy4cavys, you just don't know when to quit, do you? You've now gone from caged to banned in one fell swoop by breaking more rules. You couldn't just accept the temporary caged status. You had to create a second user id--a bannable offense--and make up stories to support your cause.

Wrong Crazy4Cavys. Maybe if you took the time to read the rules, the principles and philosophies and even the name of this site you would understand what this site is actually for.

I don't think it is being rude, if someone is banned, it is for a reason. No one is banned for their opinion. Breeding, I don't think is an example of good intentions!? There are serious risks to breeding to both momma and pups.
I don't see it as arguing. It is supporting what they think is the right thing.

Saw this coming from a mile off. Honestly, you try to educate someone nicely, you get ignored and thus get a little ticked, and thus you're not being respectful? You gain respect by giving respect. We respected her, but when it wasn't reciprocated, she deserved no respect herself.

I don't do 'nice' when it comes to animal cruelty.

Funny you should say that. I made myself a t-shirt with just, "I don't do 'nice'" on it. Makes the paininthebuttses back off a mite. I feel like making another with a very grumpy pig on the front of it.

Hmmm, maybe T would be interested in a T-shirt fundraiser. I'll make up the design and buy all of the materials (T-shirts, ink, transfer paper), people buy from me and I send on 100% of the profits to CavySpirit. My labor is free.

Of course, no one should forget the Cavy Spirit Cafe Press Shop. I have a couple of shirts and I get comments and compliments all the time!

That is one hunky-dory idea. I didn't know Cavy Spirit had a CafePress shop. I'll have to get some stuff. If you do, if you want you could send me the designs and I'll service the slaves over in the UK/Europe. Might save on postage and packing...

I want a t-shirt like that too! I have a tshirt hoodie that says "I'm RIGHT your WRONG any questions? I should wear it when talking to pople who are wrong about breeding!

Wow, this thread changed it's subject really quick! It went from someone thinking that nobody should argue on this forum, then to that person getting banned, then to t-shirts, then to me talking about how we changed the subject quickly! Btw, I love the idea for the shirts.
