| Re: New Style! The new design looks beautiful,T.! It'll take me a little while to get used to navigating around it, but that's no problem. One question, though: are you going to give the Cavy Spirit a similar makeover when time permits? I know you're booked solid with projects galore, but the site looks kinda dated. Happy New Year and best wishes! |

When you say scrolling, do you mean you are using an 800x600 resolution screen? |

| Re: New Style! The Cool Piggie style looks nice but I'm already so used to the Pretty Piggie that the other one seems odd to me. On a side note- I've been using the higher resolution and now am adjusted to it quite well. |

When I tried to change over to the 768 x 1024 resolution, my (13") monitor fried. It just went black and died! It was ready to go kaput anyway. That just happened to be the time it picked to do it. It just so happened that we found a mechanical design engineer who does CAD (computer aided drafting). He upgrades his monitors every two-to-three years. Long story short...we bought his 3-year old 19" monitor (original price was about $150) for $10! This thing is beautiful. It looks like it just came out of the box. It's never seen a speck of dust in its life (living here, it will not only be aquainted with dust...it will be it's closest friend!!). Needless to say, I am so tickled with how beautiful the website is now that I can truly enjoy being able to see it more clearly and not have to scroll to read posts. Your advice for a larger monitor came just at the right time. Our little ones (piggies) will reap even more benefits for that measly $10 we spent for the bigger monitor! |

| Re: New Style! Exactly. If you don't have one, check out Craigslist, your local paper or even FreeCycle. There's no reason to be limited to 800x600 any more--or the old TV-quality monitors either. |

| Re: New Style! It's on your computer. If you are at 800x600, you'll have to scroll. Not many people are at that resolution any more and I made an executive decision to not code to the lowest common denominator. It depends on the type of computer and operating system. Here's a typical Microsoft way to check: Screen Resolution |

| Re: New Style! I like the new style as I find it very pleasing to the eye. I don't have to scroll but I have a 17" monitor size. |

| Re: New Style! Well, I'm a blonde! Strangely enough, on my computer here at work I don't have to scroll. And it's a 13-inch monitor, even. It's also an older monitor than my home one. Weird. |

P.S. At 1280x1024 on a 19" LCD there is allot of wasted space. |

| Re: New Style! I just right-clicked on the monitor icon in the lower right-hand corner (I'm still using Windows 98 - ugh) of the screen. It brought up a list of resolution sizes and I left-clicked on the one I wanted. It changed instantly and that was it, it was done. |
