New forum section

I've removed the Cavy Chat forum. I think everyone is very comfortable with our Chat facility and how it works. If you want to discuss scheduled chats, they can be posted in the Cafe.

I've added instead a Special Threads forum for reference threads that we want to keep of particular interest. We will generally copy or move threads into that forum as we see fit. We will build it up over time. That forum will not allowing posting on existing threads or creation of new threads. We will try to put a link back to the original thread if someone wants to add to an existing discussion.
