Please welcome two new moderators to the Cavy Cages moderator team--Percy's Mom and Susan9608. They each have very different communication styles, but hold firm on their convictions--which have excellent alignment with the principles of this site/forum. They interact very well and respectfully with members. We are very pleased they've agreed to help out. We've had a lot of new members lately and the mod workload has been increasing. Some people have asked in the past about being moderators here. We don't often add moderators, but when we do, we usually already have had a few names that have percolated up as good candidates. It's just a subjective judgement call on our parts. We have quite a few great members who would make good moderators. That's part of what makes participating on this forum so much fun (at least for me). So please make our new moderators feel welcome as they get their feet wet in their new role. They get to pick their own title, so you may want to make a few suggestions.        |

Well I've already posted as well on my congratulations. Let's see we have the Uber Mod (Ly), the stressed mod (VJ) and the mod of doom (salana). How about for Susan could be Devilish Mod and Elizabeth (PM) could be the Plonker Mod or the Overworked/Underpaid Moderator. Just a few friendly suggestions. TeeHee! |
