So, I have an extra credit project in school. I need an african recipie. I'd like it to be vegetarian (so I can eat it ) but meat would be okay. I could always substitute it.

It has to be african, and I'd rather it not be to involved since I'm not a very good cook.

I suck at making up recipe's but here it goes. What if you get some African fruits and mix them up and make a fruit salad?

Hmm...what are some african fruits? LOL. Not to great with culture but thats a great idea!

Make Ethiopian food! It's delicious and a great deal is vegetarian. The stews are served on injera -- a bread made from tef. The injera is the plate, utensil and staple food. Some dishes you could make would be alicha/alecha and mesir wat. Delicious.
