Not Ranked. Helpful AND tactful post? : 0 I have noticed a drastic change..well in a lot of things. ha ha ha A little embarrassing but I am going to post anyway. I've been making added trips to the bathroom to pee. Is that more normal with someone that is eating a lot more Veggies? I was thinking it could be the added water in the veg. But I've never had it so bad. I've also noticed I have been sweating more..has anyone experience this before? Naturally I've always been warm, but now it's gotten to the point when I walk inside from being outside (where right now it's FREEZING) to my warm apartment, I just begin to drip with sweat!!! And Last but not least. My energy level has been to the extremes. Which I love, However, I've been having some sleepless nights. Is that normal? It's really really new to me, Usually I just pass out when I am tired. Now I was up last night for the 4th night in a row. I love the energy level but I also want a full nights sleep!! eek! thank you for the help!! |

No, nothing happened like that to me like that when I switched. I already take an hour or so to fall asleep a lot, though when I excercise more during the day, I fall asleep a lot faster. |

If you have increased your vegetable intake, then that is likely the source of the peeing. They do have a higher water content. Also, if you have stopped eating processed meats, you may be eating less salt, which causes you to retain water. However, I would also keep an eye on that, if it seems like you're way more thirsty and drinking all the time you might want to go to the doctor. As for the sweating, I've never had anything like that at all. In terms of energy, you might need to up your exercise levels to make up for your increased energy, so that you can sleep at night. |
