Rennet is either calf stomach or another animals stomach.
Also I have sort of gone vegan, I eat vegetarian cheese, and butter, but I drink soy milk (LOVE the vanilla soy milk!). My mom got me some Boca meatless vegan burgers on friday, I have yet to taste them.

No, I said I eat vegetarian cheese, BUT I drink soy milk, meaning I am sort of vegan, but not really.

Ingredients for cream cheese:
pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers [xanthan and/or carob bean and/or guar gum]

If you choose to consume milk products, then it's okay, but I read you were swinging more vegan, so I suppose there might be some sort of "vegetarian cream cheese"... *insert google search here for vegan cream cheese* you could try Tofutti. :::: TOFUTTI :::: It uses a tofu and soybean based recipe...

Yeah, I am trying to go more vegan, I don't think my mom would buy me a secil cream cheese to, though. When I have my own job I'm going vegan. Thanks.
