It's very easy and requires few ingredients. With another "egg"nog recipe I tried, the consistency wasn't right and it wasn't very sweet. This one is thick (like real eggnog)- because of this it takes a long time to chill. I would suggest preparing it in the morning to have later. I had it in the fridge for about 2-3 hours and it still wasn't completely chilled yet. The taste is also similar to the real thing, the tofu even gives it a tiny bit of the "eggy" flavor. Great for the holidays. Although I'm just vegetarian, I made it as a much healthier alternative to the real thing. So you don't need to feel guilty when you drink it!
