Thalestral, I want to thank you from the bottom of my wounded heart for sharing this film. It has changed my life permanently. I have been forced to confront myself in ways I never imagined, and I am not the same person anymore- I need to change my life to be the person I want to be if I am to be able to look at myself in the mirror every day and consider myself a true animal lover and protector of all life on this planet. Thank you so, so, so much for helping to open my eyes.

I'm so glad that so many people have gotten something out of this film, I really debated posting it as no one else I have mentioned it too has given it a second thought or really considered watching it. The film is life changing and I'm so glad I was able to share it on a forum like this.

And thanks HowietheGreat for getting me to write down an outline, much harder than just posting a link to a video but much more helpful than the link alone.

I wish all the best of luck to those who are thinking of changing some aspect of their lifestyle over this, and those who are thinking a bit more about things too. The first steps are the hardest, it's so easy once those steps are taken, and it's very hard to ever "unknow" the knowledge this film gives you.

I couldnt watch anymore. I stopped when they showed the baby piggys being ear-clipped. Those squeels reminded me of my baby when she got her shots at the doctor.

Im ure that there are worse parts in the film, and maybe I will revisit it, but I cant right now. Not alone.

I am going to try to cut down meat gradually. My mom has been doing it for 30+ years, Ill talk to her.
